Each of our principals has 15+ years of experience and advanced education, which has be honed on the successful completion of a wide variety of strategic initiatives. We each have been recognized for having the ability to see beyond the current problems and to design creative solutions combining technology, process, and organizational change.


Charles Frampton:
Managing Director and Owner


Charles has extensive experience as an executive in multiple industries and a breadth of clients served by his consulting firm: Westvale Consulting, LLC.

Charles' clients have earned significant increase in revenue and earnings due to a dedicated focus on Strategy, Process, and Organizational Alignment.

He has a BS in Industrial Engineering with a focus in OR from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern. In addition, Charles has the timely continual training in strategy, process improvement, and technology to stay abreast of today's effective change methods.


David Phillips:
Managing Director and Principle Management Coach


David has over 30 years of international executive management, business consulting and project management experience. David has achieved profitable revenue growth for small to large companies operating through difficult transitions and start up, with full P&L responsibility, as an interim manager and as a consultant.

David has worked in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa for companies such as Shell, BP and Sperry and consulted at Unisys Global Solutions and Westvale.

David specializes in providing coaching for: general management, revenue strategy and execution, sales and marketing.

David holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham, UK


Stanley Sabin:

Stan has worked with a broad range of clients which include small local businesses, regional mid-sized firms and large international organizations.

Stan uses his energy and experience coupled with a focused approach to successfully accelerate his clients' progress in both their organizational and business development efforts.

Stan has a BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.


Mustafa Abdur-Rahim:
Process Consultant, Project Management


Mustafa is an energetic, highly motivated and successful engineer.

Mustafa has worked for the past two years in the renewable Green Energy field organizing several projects as an Operations Engineer at NH's SustainX Inc.

Mustafa was a valued Assistant Track Coach at Southern Connecticut State University and more recently he has enjoyed teaching and coaching students at Phillips Exeter Academy.

Mustafa graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management.

Mustafa is a four time NCAA All American at Dartmouth and twice an Olympic Trials qualifier. He has represented the USA in several decathlons internationally.


Francis Ronan:
Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant and Management Coach


Frank has a diverse background of success, 32 years with IBM and Eastman Kodak in Sales, Marketing and Management. He brings to our customers a down to earth methodology to increase business by first understanding the ideal profile and then organizing the marketing and sales strategy to achieve the desired success.

Over the past 15 years, Frank has worked with several small businesses to better take advantage of their core competency and grow consistently in total business without dramatically impacting costs, thus netting increased profits.

Frank is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
